Larry Harbolt is a real estate investor and teacher who is from the Clearwater Florida area.  Larry is a national real estate speaker and a published author of numerous real estate home study courses and How-to-Articles.  A former plumber/pipefitter and residential builder with over twenty-five years’ experience buying and selling single family and multiple family real estate. Larry is married and the father of six children and has fifteen grandchildren.Larry bought his first investment property in 1984. After years of struggling financially he developed a buying system that he still uses today and is the same system he used to buy 10 houses in one week. Larry has one of the most comprehensive and complete buying systems available today for the entry level investor as well as the more advanced investor. Larry has and continues to teach his basic buying system to thousands of viewers on a Tampa Bay area television program. One of his works has been archived in the Library of Congress as part of the history of America. Larry is only one of two real estate educators whose work has ever been archived in the Library of Congress.
