Your Lack of Vision Will Definitely Limit Your Financial Future
Today I want to talk about something too many investors are lacking: a vision. Too many investors are stuck in the one-dimensional and have tunnel vision when it comes to real estate. You have to learn more than the one little area you’ve been taught and think outside of the box.
There is always a light at the end of the tunnel. “Without vision, there is no future.” All you need to do is expand your knowledge. That way, you can see new ways to make money that others can’t. If you have the vision to see beyond an ugly house, a dirty house, or a house in a D-class neighborhood, you can continue to grow your monthly cash flow each and every time.
For example, I don’t like dealing with Section 8 rentals. But I’ve come across many of them in my time. So I went to my local Section 8 office and got a list of the landlords. Now when I come across properties ideal for Section 8, I have a list of buyers happy to pay me an assignment fee for a contract I’ve negotiated.
I like to make money off every house I see, even if I don’t end up holding it. A few hundred dollars a month can drastically change your lifestyle, and those deals add up over time to real, long-term wealth.
