What Are You Really Learning?

What Are You Really Learning?

Today, I want to talk about something I’ve noticed from speaking at various real estate clubs. After listening to my speeches for several days at each event, participants walk out without taking advantage of the training I offer at a discounted rate. I’ve asked several of these individuals why they aren’t signing up to learn more. Many of them say “It sounds like too much work.” They are looking to make money fast without putting any effort in. They want to get everything they need from podcasts or their local real estate club that meets everything.

But if you really want to be a successful real estate investor, you have to face the reality that you aren’t going to learn everything in one program. It would’ve taken me 100 years to learn everything I teach in my programs if I’d just gone to meetings.

You’ll get snapshots at meetings but not the whole story of what you need. Just because someone takes a first aid class that doesn’t make them a doctor. The same is true for real estate investors. Just because you hear bits and pieces on a podcast, at focus groups or in one day classes, you won’t have all the information you need to be a successful investor.

There are so many different techniques that can be used as a real estate investor. In addition, numerous people define some of these very differently. Wholesaling for example is seen as one way by many people, but I teach a total opposite method to wholesaling that really works. True real estate training is so important to be successful. Even though I’ve been doing this for a long time, I’m still learning new things every day. Real estate investing is constantly changing so instant wealth just doesn’t exist. Be willing to do the work and go to my training center to sign up for my training and materials.
