Are You Really Committed To Success?

Lately, I am starting to question if my students are following my instructions that they paid good money for. It seems like they don’t have that burning passion that I had when I first began real estate investing.

The 90 Day Plan I provide to my students is vital to success. But it has to be used. There is no get rich quick plan. If my students were following this plan, they’d be closing more deals and asking me for help along the way. In addition to the plan, I offer free advice as they are going along through the process. But they’re not utilizing this service. You have to look outside of the MLS for properties. I offer 20 other places for real estate investors to look, but they have to actually use that cheat sheet in order for it to work.

In order to realize how important these steps are, you need to think about why you want to be a real estate investor. Maybe it’s to travel or work less. Maybe it’s because you want to help your kids through college. Maybe it’s to get out of debt. Whatever the reason, I feel like there’s an underlying motivator that everyone has who becomes a real estate investor. That factor is we all want more.

But most people don’t realize there’s not always more time. Each of us only has 24 hours a day. Yet complacency is starting to take over our society. If you let life pass you by, you’ll never get the life you really want. If you want to be a real estate investor, get off the couch and follow the 90 Day Plan to get going.
